		<description>Wow!  That must be so hard.  I agree with you, I'm great with people who need extra attention for short periods of time, but all the time...I don't know if I could do that.  It would definately be only by the grace of God!

People think because I'm so great with people with needs that I should help out more often; I find it exhausting!  Small children I can handle with very little problem, give me 4 or 5 and I'm fine; but one adult and I'm pooped after 30 minutes.

I admire people who can care for adults day in and day out, especially more so when it's not a paying job!
