I agree with you, I&#039;m great with people who need extra attention for short periods of time, but all the time...I don&#039;t know if I could do that.  It would definately be only by the grace of God!People think because I&#039;m so great with people with needs that I should help out more often; I find it exhausting!  Small children I can handle with very little problem, give me 4 or 5 and I&#039;m fine; but one adult and I&#039;m pooped after 30 minutes.I admire people who can care for adults day in and day out, especially more so when it&#039;s not a paying job!God Bless!</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Wow!
